Elevating the field.
Beyond my research practice, I actively contribute to advancing the fields of UX and customer experience through educational and thought leadership initiatives.
I collaborated with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology to design a User Research course for their Interactive Design program, equipping the next generation of designers with essential research skills. Additionally, I’ve contributed to CX Lead, a prominent publisher creating resources tailored for SaaS customer experience leaders.
I am also a member of the Future Studio family, a collective of senior experts specializing in product innovation and brand strategy. Through this network, I engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to tackle complex challenges and drive creative solutions.
